Our experience gained by 15 years of running such well-regarded establishments such as The Shalimar in Derby and Darley Dale is the cornerstone to the dining experience presented at the Viceroy.
Our cuisine is as varied and as sultry as the sub continent itself. Several of the meals on our menu are exclusive to our restaurant.
Hot from our tandoor (a traditional Indian charcoal fired oven) we serve succulent chicken and lamb, Some tandoori dishes are served sizzling on cast iron hot plates. Lending authenticity to your dining pleasure.
The wine list is comprehensive without being overly expensive and with a little notice we can source any wine not in our cellar.

Shuttle Service
We aim to please, right from the off, so much so, we will pick you up from your office / hotel, wine you and dine you. At the end of a fantastic evening we will drop you off! The shuttle service is free within a 10 mile radius.
